Noska
Terms of Service
The agreement for organisations using Noska and the people they invite.
Last updated 1 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between Reynald Arro (trading as 926 Systems) ("we", "us") and the organisation that uses Noska ("you", "your organisation"). The person who accepts them for your organisation confirms they are allowed to do so.
Each person who signs in also agrees to use the service in line with these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Noska lets your organisation write, organise and share procedures, answers and training with its people. Which features you can use depends on your plan and any add-ons. We may improve or change features; we won't remove a core feature you pay for without telling you first.
3. Accounts and access
- Your organisation has its own private space. Your owners decide who is invited and what role they have.
- Keep sign-in details private, use a strong password, and turn on two-step sign-in where it is required.
- You are responsible for what happens under your organisation's sign-ins. Tell us straight away if you think one has been misused.
- Owners can restrict invitations to your company email domains if your plan includes it.
4. Plans, trials and payment
- Prices and what each plan includes are shown to your owners in Team and usage. Prices exclude GST or other taxes unless we say otherwise.
- A free trial gives you the Premium features for its stated length, which we may extend. When it ends, your account moves to the plan shown to you, unless you choose another.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. If a payment is overdue we may limit your account to the Free plan until it is paid; your content is kept.
- If you move to a smaller plan or a limit is reached, the extra features are locked and new people or articles can't be added. Nothing you have written is deleted, and locked features come back as they were if you upgrade.
- If your account has more people than its plan includes, everyone keeps access for 14 days while your owners choose who stays or upgrade. After that the most recently added people are paused: they can't sign in to your account until restored, and nothing they did is deleted.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price increase.
5. Your content
- Everything your organisation puts in Noska (articles, screenshots, questions, answers and notes) belongs to you.
- You give us permission to store, copy and show your content only so we can run the service for you, including backups and, if you turn it on, sending article text to the AI provider to answer your people's questions.
- We don't sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
- You can export your content at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- put anything unlawful, defamatory, or that you don't have the right to share into Noska;
- try to get into another organisation's space, test our security without our written permission, or disrupt the service;
- share sign-ins between people, or resell the service without our agreement;
- upload anything containing viruses or harmful code.
7. Personal information we handle for you
When your people use Noska, your organisation is responsible for their personal information and we handle it on your behalf. We will:
- only use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy;
- keep it secure, with access limited to people who need it to provide support, and every access recorded;
- use only the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and tell you before adding a new one that would hold your data;
- tell you promptly, and without undue delay, if we become aware of a breach that affects your information, and help you meet any duty to notify regulators or the people affected;
- delete or return your information when you leave, as set out in section 10.
8. Availability and support
- We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as an outage at a hosting provider.
- We back up data regularly. Deleted articles can be restored from the recycle bin for 30 days.
- We provide support by email to privacy@noska.io.
9. Responsibility and limits
- Noska holds the content your organisation writes. You are responsible for checking it is accurate and suitable before people rely on it. Answers written by the optional AI feature can be wrong and must be checked against the articles they link to.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported, and our total responsibility in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
10. Ending the service
- You can stop using the service at any time by telling us. Paid periods already started are not refunded unless the law requires it.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after giving you notice where we reasonably can.
- After the service ends you have 30 days to export your content. We then delete your organisation's data, except anything we must keep by law. Backups are overwritten in the normal cycle.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell your owners and ask everyone to accept the new version the next time they sign in. The date at the top shows the current version.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Philippines. We will first try to resolve any disagreement by talking with you.
